IPhone 6+ Icloud locked

I have buy IPhone 6+ from owner its used IPhone and i restore the IPhone and the device sittle linked with the previous owner account and the phone locked in activation lock and ask me to enter the apple id and password but i cant contact the previous owner . i dont have apple id.

Please help at fast as you can

You need to remove your device from a previous owner's Apple ID. Contact your previous owner and ask him to enter his password for activation iphone and remove it from his account. More information here Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
