Built-in Dictionary not working iOS 9.3.4 (with pictures)

I just bought my iPad Pro 9.7" yesterday so that I could use it when classes resume. I was reading a scientific journal when I found out that the "Define" feature in iBooks wasn't working. Same goes for Safari, Notes, Mail, and other apps where you can select and define a text.

Problem: Whenever I select a text and "define" it, a pop-up shows up and says that there is "No definition found." And even when I select "Manage" there is no options to be found.

Oddly enough, the dictionary in my iPhone 5s (running iOS 9.3.4) is working perfectly.

Yes, this issue has been resolved. 🙂 If you’re still having problems with the iOS dictionaries, simply change your "Region" from settings, and change back to your original region. After that you'll be able to download new dictionaries in the "Manage" option.
