I did not get anywhere near all of my music or videos that were previously on my Apple ID account. I am very disappointed. I used I tunes on my IMAC desktop computer before switching now to my Windows 10 Laptop, so i am not sure if that is the problem. But i thought my I cloud should have saved all my downloads, uploads, purchases, etc... PLEASE tell me there is a way to recover all my itunes media.
