Q: MacBook Air Setup

I am from Algeria and I recently bought a MacBook Air:

'MacBook Air OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), MBAIR 11.6/1.6GHZ/4GB/128GB'

from New York Fifth Avenue Store.

It's now more than 23 hours since the setting up process started...

Is it all right?

Does the setting up process take that much time?
