iPod Touch 5 Is disabled

My iPod touch 5 is disabled for 45 years and I cannot unlock it, I tried looking up ways to fix it but the only way to fix it is to erase it's memory, I have precious family photos on my IPod that I can't afford to lose as they are the only copy and one of those photos is the only photo of my grandfather that exists before he died.

If anyone had ANY possible solutions to bring me closer to solving my issue you would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to read about my issue.
