i have an apple id that was stolen and all the info was changed.how can i reset it to use it again or to enter a new one?

my apple id was stolen (*************)and it seems that all the info were changed.

i need to reset it.I tried to click on forget apple id but he can't find the name or the email

You will need to contact Apple Support: Official Apple Support

Sign in to your Apple ID account page. If you can't sign in or you receive a message that the account is locked when you try to sign in, go to iforgot.apple.com. Then try to reset or unlock your account. If you still can't sign in, contact Apple Support.
