iMessage not activating
EEvery time I activate iMessage it's says error and says unsuccessful

TTried it all. Nothing is seeming to helP
on latest iOS 6s+ but nothing is helping

What did Apple say when you contacted them about your issue, since you've tried everything in that link provided by Demo.
that it could be from carrier.
WHen i called carrier they saying everything is fine this end and that it's iPhones fault
