My photos button is greyed out on my iCloud and I am not getting my streamed photos on my PC. I recently upgraded to Windows 10. Anyone else having this problem and know solutions?

Make sure Photos is checked in your iCloud settings ..

That's where it's greyed out!! We can NOT check that box...
