Can I restore playlists and music to my iPhone 6s from an iTunes PC back up?

I had my phone (iPhone 6) stolen last weekend sadly, acquired a new phone (iPhone 6s plus) the next day and restored the new device using a previous back up through iTunes on my PC.

Everything appeared to restore perfectly apart from my playlists and music. My new device has none of the music or playlists on it that the old one had?

Please help!!

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.3, iTunes and Windows PC

music and playlist aren't part of the backup, you would sync that back using iTunes.

Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB - Apple Support

If these are purchased music then redownload them to your phone by signing into iTunes
