Something wrong with the phone in my IPhone

hello, I have a iPhone 6 s, and when I am in a call with someone, I can't hear anything ( I turn off the Bluetouth to be sure that nothing is connect ) but if I turn on the loud speaker or I connect some earphone with the jack or with the Bluetouth I can hear the call.
