Q: i cant activate my phone

my sister gave me this iphone 5c, i want to use it here in the philippines, i put a globe sim on it but it says no sim.., i restore it but still it says no sim.., i erase all the settings i followed the instruction from apple support and now i cant activate it it says insert sim i already put a sim on it

iPad mini Wi-Fi, iOS 9.2.1

    Hi jingway,

    If you are having issues with your SIM card not being recognized when inserted in your iPhone and you have already followed instructions from this article If you can‘t activate your iPhone , then the best resolution would be to contact your network carrier that provides service for your SIM card.
