iPhone
Q: downloaded upgrade. can't get into phone
I downloaded an upgrade for my Iphone and now I can't get into my phone. The phone says hello and then asks me for my passcode. I have entered all info that I know but it kicks me out after six digits. I finally went into the apple website and changed my password and I still can't get in. Please advise. Thank you.

This does not sound possible.
When "the phone says hello", that means the iPhone has been erased and is being set up as a brand new iPhone. Therefore, it would not have any passcode.
