Why are the Iphones so cheap right now?

Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me why the iPhones are so cheap right now and whether I should buy one now while they are cheap or am I better off waiting for the 7??

The current iPhone 6s prices have not changed since they were introduced last year. Typically, when new models are introduced, that's when the previous year models get price reductions.
