Q: My Apple Music will not play.

So my apple music just renewed on August 4th and it emailed me saying I renewed it. Well today I tried playing one of my songs and a popup came up and said that the content was not authorized to play. The same thing happened with every other song and I would like to know what's going on.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.1

    Hello Jake,

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important being able to use Apple Music on your iPhone is to you! Based on what you stated, it seems you may be having issues with authorizing your iPhone to continue your Apple Music subscription. I would suggest these steps to resolve your issue:

    1. First, go to Settings > Music and make sure Show Apple Music and iCloud Music Library are turned on.

Sync Apple Music across your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and computer

    2. Restart your iPhone as the shut down and start up process is important to keep the iPhone software running properly:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    3. Then test your issue again. I hesitate to have you turn off/sign out of your Apple ID for Apple Music, as you will lose your offline music not in your personal library.

    Cheers!

After and before updating to iOS 9.3.4 the Music App dont work.

The described work around don't work and don't fix the issue.
