Q: Invalid purchased

Dear Apple,

 

 

I've a question.
I've purchased a diamond in HayDay game. and then I've got a pop up that "purchased was successful"  and the another pop up show that "Invalid purchased" 

 

Why this happened? how to solve this? and what this affect? will cut my money in my credit card?

 

I'm waiting for your feedback as soon as possible.

For info you're not talking to Apple on here - we are fellow users, these are user-to-user forums.

 

Does ti shows on your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support - on and iOS device you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com

 

If it does and you haven't received the item try contacting the game's developer. If they can't / won't help use the above 'report a problem' site to contact iTunes Support
