Help! I can't renew my subscription!😔

Usually people wants to cancel their subscription from a certain App., but in my case, I just went for one month vacation and I wonder why I lost the all the auto-renewal for my Apps (Smule and Deezer). I tried to renew it, but I just can't seem to renew it by checking the "Renewal Option"by viewing my Apple ID in App Store. Does it something to do with my Setting (Restriction Setting perhaps)

Hi


Check that you have a valid payment method associated with your iTunes Store / Apple ID account:



Also check that Restrictions are not enabled on your iPhone:


Go to: Settings > General > Restrictions.


If you have not yet done so, it may also help to update your iPhone to the latest software:


Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
