Movies wouldn't download and are now stuck in the download cue and I can't delete them.

I Tried to download 2 movies and they get completely downloaded, then an error pops up saying they couldn't be completed. Then it automatically starts downloading them again.. now they are stuck in the download cue and I can't pause them or delete them. Please help!! I look at my available memory and they haven't seemed to be downloaded, I still have all the space, I am confused and frustrated, lol

Hello BauerGTI,

Thanks for your post. I see you’re having issues downloading two movies that seem to get stuck after downloading and it starts over again. I’ll be more than happy to help.

What I recommend is signing out of iTunes by tapping on Settings > iTunes & App Store > Your Apple ID > Sign Out. Once signed out, restart and then log back in. Then try the downloads again, one at time.
