Thanks for your post. I see you’re having issues downloading two movies that seem to get stuck after downloading and it starts over again. I’ll be more than happy to help.
What I recommend is signing out of iTunes by tapping on Settings > iTunes & App Store > Your Apple ID > Sign Out. Once signed out, restart and then log back in. Then try the downloads again, one at time.
