kernel panic
I recently got a macbook pro. I was updating the software to OSX el Capitan.
as it was restarting, i got a kernal panic "panic caller 0...." . I am a new mac user so can anyone help me please in fixing this ?

Did you purchase the computer new? If so and within 90 days, you can make a call to Apple Support for telephone assistance. Other than that, I would make a Genius Bar appointment if you have an Apple retail store nearby.
I assume you tried restarting?
