Aug 7, 2016 3:36 AM in response to riya.brahimby Patcell,Did you purchase the computer new? If so and within 90 days, you can make a call to Apple Support for telephone assistance. Other than that, I would make a Genius Bar appointment if you have an Apple retail store nearby.
I assume you tried restarting?
