Q: Trouble downloading security updates

Mac Air OS X 10.9.5. When I try to download the security updates I get a message saying my Mac ID has been discontinued for security reasons and that an e-mail has been sent to explain how to go forward. I have no such e-mail in my inbox.

I live in Taiwan. When I try to go to the Mac help site I am redirected to a Chinese site. I don’t know a lot about computers and I don’t read Chinese. Please help.
