Q: Boot Camp only supports Windows 7 or later installation on this platform. Please use an ISO file for Windows 7 or later installation.

How can I make my boot camp be compatible with windows 10? I have the 6.0.1 version of bootcamp, an iso of 64-bit windows 10 w/c is compatible with my mac (pro retina 13). I followed all the necessary steps to boot.

This message shows up: "Boot Camp only supports Windows 7 or later installation on this platform. Please use an ISO file for Windows 7 or later installation."

How can I make the last check box be ...Windows 7 or later (instead of only Windows 7?)

That is my only problem. I hope someone could help me. I can't find a solution to this.

What year/model is your Mac? What is the name and size of your ISO file? If you downloaded the ISO over a wireless connection, it is possible that the ISO is corrupt. Try to download the ISO over a wired connection.

My mac model is MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013). I have two ISO files (64-bit) I downloaded from Microsoft. Both didn't work. There was no problem downloading both files. I had good internet connection.

    ISO name files:

    Win10_1511_1_English_x64.iso (4.2 GB)

    Win10_1607_SingleLang_English_x64 (1).iso (4.29 GB)

In OSX Terminal, you can run the following command.

    openssl md5 Win10_1511_1_English_x64.iso

You need to be the directory where the file is located, or specific the full path of the file location.
