I've created an iTunes U course with my institution, had it published to the public catalog, but when a student goes to enroll, an enrollment failed message appears. The icon shows in the student's courses but it won't open the course.
Any ideas?

Have you contacted AppleCare?
How widespread is the problem? Every student, or particular ones? Have the affected students deleted the course and re-enrolled?
