iTunes

Q: My old ipod is not recognised by my lap top.However my new one is.How can I get music onto the old ipod

Trying to load up my old ipod with I tunes.It refuses to recognize the old one and wont sync.My new ipod has no problem.Any ideas? Using Windows 10.

Hi Phil,

I understand that iTunes is not seeing your older iPod, preventing you from syncing music to it. I know that it's nice to be able to get your music on the go, so I'm happy to provide some direction to help with this.
