Thanks for swinging by the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are missing some of the playlists that you added through your Apple Music membership after updating iTunes. I'll be more than happy to provide you with some information.
Let's ensure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID and that iCloud Music Library is enabled in iTunes settings. Check out this article for details on how to do that:

Thnaks for ther reply; I had already checked that and the devices were signed in and had iTunes Cloud Music library enabled.
