iPhone 5S jailbreak!! Help!!!

So I jailbroke my iPhone and I didn't want to be jailbroken any more so I reset the phone and restored it and I still had Cydia on the phone as well with PP jailbrpeak thing. So I reset it again and started it as a new iPhone and I still had cydia... Help I don't want to be jailbroken any more.
