Deleting Music from iPhone (impact on...)

Hello!

I have deleted all music and playlists from my iPhone 6 device. And I have no music stored in iCloud.

What will happen to music and playlists stored in my iTunes media folder (on my Windows PC) when I connect my iPhone via USB cable. For example, is there any risk the music on my PC will be deleted if I sync.

Ultimately I want to replace the music and playlists I delete on my iPhone, with music and playlist from my computer.

Thank you.

LBL, thank you again.

Under the iTunes application running on my computer, I can see my device. Under the music tab "Sync Music" is unchecked.

As I mentioned at the top of my post, all music has been deleted from my iPhone. Now I would like to copy new music from my PC to my iPhone.

How do I do this, without risking any music being deleted on my PC. Thanks again.

Music sync is one way, from computer to iPhone. Nothing you do on the phone will affect the music in your iTunes library on your computer. The easiest way to copy music from iTunes to your phone is to create a playlist in iTunes, drag all of the music you want on the phone to this playlist, then click on the iPhone icon in iTunes, go to the Music tab, select this playlist, then click Sync. Any time you want to change the music on your iPhone just edit the playlist to add or remove content, and sync again.
