I purchased a total of 7i phone 6 and sent them to my country of Bogata colombia

they told me they did not work there. IMEI # **** is one of them it states SIM not valid?

Please help me, All phones are in Bogata now.

SIM not valid indicates the phone is carrier locked. Only the carrier it's locked to can authorize unlocking them.

Obviously, you bought the wrong phones.

Contact the carrier(s) the phones are locked to and find out if they are eligible to be unlocked.
