Aug 9, 2016 8:29 AM in response to DTISby DTIS,In case anyone is curious, I contacted Apogee, who helped me troubleshoot via their chat support. As it turns out, if you go into General => About, the Mic 96k (or any other external device being used) should be listed there. It was not, and it also didn't show up on on other ios devices I had with the mic's lightning cable. It DID show up on my Mac with the cable they provided for that. So Apogee determined my cable was bad and is sending me a new one - no charge - even though my warranty ran out long ago!
