Q: Problem Canceling Order-No Free Beats

I ordered a 13 Inch MacBook Air expecting the cost of the Beats headphones to be deducted at the end of the process, As the Screen Prompts Instructed me, that Never happened. I made the Order online as a Guest. When I received the Email Confirmation and noticed the Full Price for the Beats I attempted to Cancel the Order and was told to Login to do so. I Created a Login and Logged in only to be told I did not have access to the Order # I had Placed? So How do I cancel this Order? Is the 13 Inch MacBook air one of the Products that qualifies for the Free Beats Headphones?

You need to be purchasing the Macbook Air for educational purposes to recieve the headphones. As for how to cancel your order, contact customer support and tell them about the misunderstanding or refund them at a local Apple retail store.
