hello,
i am using iphone 6 which is out of the warranty period now(india).I noticed an issue on the screen getting detached from the main frame around one of the edges.It is the same issue that happened to one of my friends which ultimately progresed involving more areas and costed him a good amount of money to repair! i searched online on the issue and learned this has happened to many!I am pretty sure that its not due to the mishandling(which can readily verified on inspection) atleast in my case!
I called apple care in india a couple of hours back.The care agent told me they cant do anything on this issue since its out of the warranty period(evenif it is a manufacturing defect).I have a strong feeling that my issue hasnt been properly addressed there.It is not expected from a manufacturer selling a faulty product assuring there would not be any problem in first 6 months and declaring they are not rsponsible for whatever happening from very next day.It should not be addressed from the manufacturers side,rather it should be from the side of an average customer who has spent some good amount of money on purchase!
Kindly understand i dont have time to run from shops to shops and calls to calls! I need a solution from apple authorities before i move to court in india on behalf of fellow sufferers!
