Q: your apple id or password is incorrect

when I try to login with my apple id to the iphone I receive the message:

"your apple ID or password is incorrect"

I reset my password and can connect with it in the apple id page correctly

when I try the new password with iphone i receive the same message

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.3

Did you deactivate "Find my iPhone" on the device and set it back to factory settings again, to use the new Apple ID and password?

I deactivate find my phone , I didn't restore from iTunes as I don't want to erase any data

Sorry, but there is no other way to set up your phone with a different Apple ID the to erase it and restore from a backup.
