I understand that you want to change some of the search results that you see in Spotlight on your iPhone. I know that it's important to have your iPhone work most efficiently for you, so I'm happy to provide some direction to help with this.
Check out the steps on how to modify which apps are included in Spotlight Suggestions here:
Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Change search settings
Go to Settings > General > Spotlight Search.
From here, you can turn Siri Suggestions on or off and choose which apps to include in your searches. For example, if you don’t want to see search results from your Messages app, you can deselect Messages.
If you don’t want Siri or Spotlight to suggest nearby locations, go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services. Then tap System Services and turn off Safari & Spotlight Suggestions. Find out where you can use Spotlight Suggestions.
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities, cheers!

While you can easily customize the suggestions that show for you in Spotlight using the above steps, there is not a way to disable either of these search locations entirely.
This should clarify any confusion, cheers!
