My iPhone 5 was unlock then it's locked

i used to use my iPhone 5 in Egypt then i travels to south korea and used it then to china and it was ok

then i arrived to Egypt again and when i inserted my Sim Card it showed this message

The Sim card that you currently have installed in this iphone is from a carrier that is not supprotedunder the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. this is not a hardware issue with the iphone. please insert another sim card from a supported carrier or request that this iphone be unlocked by your carrier.please contact apple for more information.

It 's weird because i used to use it in Egypt .

Has the phone been officially unlocked in the past by the carrier it has been locked to, or did you buy it unlocked from Apple?

If it has been unlocked officially or bought for the use with any carrier, try to force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data, but this can cure some glitches.

Next step after that would be setting it back to factory settings: Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support

In case the phone has never been unlocked officially, contact the carrier that it has been locked to and ask to unlock your device, if this is an option.
