Q: i recovered my iPhone from my iPad and i get a message telling me the phone is not activated but Verizon says it is.

I received a new iPhone when my other phone crashed.  The new phone was activated by the carrier and works.  When I recovered the phone using my Ipad my phone number disappeared and I get a message saying the phone is not activated, call Verizon.  Verizon tells me the phone IS activated.  I also am unable to load "Find My Phone".
