How to download video from internet to iMac

I am trying to download a video file of a local community access TV show featuring my grandchlidrens' band to I can post it to their website. I have done this in the past with youtube and vimeo videos but am having no luck with this.

Basically I need to download the video file to my iMac so I can upload it to the kids' YouTube channel.

Here's the link to the show:

Can anyone help me? Or is it just not do-able?

My iMac is a 2011.5 and I'm still using Mountain Lion.

Thank you,

David

For what its worth, even though you have marked the problem as solved you can use a third party app such as Snagit to screen capture the video. You can size it to the exact size of the video then let it run to its end then save to where ever you want. I believe one of the other posters mentioned screen capture in QuickTime, I am not that familiar with it but I use Snagit continually. This copies both video and sound together.
