Q: I can't turn Limit Ad Tracking off? I have allow changes in but it's still greeted out.

I Went to turn it off but I couldn't press the button.

In my restriction, changes are allowed. I don't know what to do.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.2

    I see that you are unable to turn off Limit Ad Tracking on your iPhone. I know how important it is to make sure that you are able to limit ad tracking on your iPhone as I do this as well. I'll be more than happy to assist you with this. 

     

    First, I see that you are running iOS software 9.3.2. I advise to make sure that you have backed up your iPhone's important data, update to the latest iOS software, and then test to see if you are still unable to change the Limit Ad Tracking setting. The following articles will help:

    You can also turn off location-based ads on your iPhone. Use Opt out of interest-based ads from iAd, specifically, this section:

     

    Turn off location-based ads

    You can also turn off location-based ads on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

    1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services.
    2. Turn off Location-Based iAds.
