I Tried to remove some malware deleted cashe from system and now my computer tries to start but stops as the line under the apple comes up. It dies in the Middle. Any suggestions? Thanks

I Watched a video on YouTube where i was suggested to delete certain files from my systems folder. I put them in the trash. Tried to restart but now it stops about half was through the process

YouTube advice is not reliable, so tell me what did you actually remove
My apple shows up but the line stopped about half way how can I fix this
