No account info in iTunes app on my phone

No account info in iTunes app on my phone

Just got a pending charge on my credit card for iTunes, I didnt buy anything.

I play candy crush, but I didnt buy anything today.

But I also cant see what I did buy and when, as in past purchases other than as listed below. When I go to my iTunes app, I see only following in "more"

tunes, genius, purchased, downloads

I am supposed to be able to look at my account, I thought? To see what I bought and when?

I want to be able to look at my account as to itunes purchases, but cant find that wording anywhere on my iphone 6splus.

TV shows

Then on the last two if i click shows nothing as I have never bought those kind of items, under music it shows what i bought which are all accurate as to what I have bought, but nothing about candy crush.

To via your account's full purchase history you need to log into the account on a computer's iTunes e.g. Account > View My Account menu option on a computer's iTunes : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support . Or an iOS device you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com . (The Purchased tabs on the iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks apps just show you what is available for redownloading, it doesn't necessarily show everything.)

If nothing shows as a recent purchase then is any other account using that card e.g. do you have any other accounts or are you a family organiser in family sharing ? Or have you added/changed payment or address details on your account : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?

Thanks, I had to download iTunes on my pc, once I did that I was able to to do this, with your excellent help!

I want to change password, but it will cause trouble for my wife who is connected, will have to make sure I change it on her stuff too as we use the same one I think.

Then I am connected on PS3 to play games on what I thought was an apple id, but that isnt right, is it, that is Sony?

Not related? I need a ps4 🙂
