how to restore a voicemail greeting

I just switched services from Verizon to Sprint. I know that whenever service providers are changed, the voicemail greeting, any saved voicemail messages, and/or passwords are lost and need to be reset. Knowing this beforehand, I was able to save a copy of my old sentimental greeting to my mac using iBackupbot. I brought my new phone home, restored it from iTunes with a backup of the old phone (made right before the switch, so up to date), but now my question is, how can I "upload" that custom greeting back to my new phone? I did also try to use iBackupbot to restore the phone, but it only restored the basics of it like phonebook and existing texts, the greeting was not copied over. Any suggestions?

So I still didn't figure it out but I do have an update that maybe someone can help me work off of... Using iBackupbot I figured how to restore certain individual files without having to restore the entire phone to that particular backup. So I tried to restore the greeting.amr file to the new phone. To backup a minute, I first restored the new iPhone with the most recent backup using iTunes (that backup that included the original voicemail greeting I wanted to keep). Obviously this restore process restored the new phone to the same state the old phone was in, with EVERYTHING EXCEPT the old voicemail greeting and old voicemail messages (as expected). Then in iBackupbot, I located the greeting.amr file from the original backup, and restored that single file to the new phone (also restored an older voicemail message from that backup just as a test). Upon this "file restore" completing, the old voicemail greeting and old voicemail message still did not seem to be present on the new phone. I then proceeded to make a new backup of the current state of the new phone using iTunes. I browsed through this new backup using iBackupbot and the greeting.amr and random voicemail message that i tried to restore previously were indeed present in this new backup, meaning they were restored to the new phone but for whatever reason not accessible from within it. This is as far as I got before giving up. I hope someone out there can help me restore this original sentimental greeting from my old phone to the new one. Reading back now, I realized I never mentioned what version iPhone I have. It's the 6s Plus.
