hi. I have an iPad Air ios9.3.3 so most recently when I try to download applications on App Store it can't be realized and on my screen I can read please try later, and I have to choose about cancel or try again. So when I retry, same problem, with same message and same choose. I can't download application even one with 5 MO. Please help me.

Make sure you have no restrictions in Settings > General > Restrictions.
Are you using any type of VPN, unblocker, or DNS service? They may be affecting your ability to connect to the app store.
HI. I have no restrictions. I don't use vpn...:'(
I also cannot download nor update apps on my iPad Pro 9.7" . I rebooted, quit app apps, etc.., . You'd think after four 9.x releases Apple would have made things more stable. A ploy to force users to update to iOS 10?
