Just bought a audio book and it will not download to my phone

Bought an audiobook and it will not download to my phone. It says it downloading and than goes back to the icloud symbol.

Make sure your iPhone software is up to date.

Tap Settings > General > Software Update

Installed the latest iphone update and no change

I have ample space. A greater internet connection. It looks like its downloading but it goes back to the icloud logo
