Want to delete all music from my iphone

I am wanting to delete all my music off my Iphone 6. I have tried swiping the songs and deleting them myself but when I backup my phone to my computer they show up again. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Hi

To delete all music from your iPhone, go to: Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > In the Storage section, tap on Manage Storage > Music > Edit (upper-right corner) > delete All Songs.

To prevent music from being synced back to your iPhone by iTunes, uncheck the option for "Sync Music":

Jonathan..........you are the best!!!

**Update....I thought it was fixed as I followed your steps. However, when I resynced my phone I tapped the music icon to make sure no music was there and it's showing My Music again. However, the music choice under Storage and

I-cloud usage is gone. What now?

I am thinking it's got something to do with Cloud storage. I have tried everything I can think of short of setting up my phone as a new one.

Hi

You are likely now viewing music that can be played via your iPhone (but is not currently stored on your iPhone) from your iCloud Music Library.

This feature forms part of both iTunes Match and Apple Music.
