Q: Apple ID has been Disabled..for NO reason.

Everytime I try to update an App through the iTunes store, it tells me that my Apple ID has been disabled. Doesn't give a reason. I've tried signing out and signing back in, updating my account information, etc. What do I do?!?!? So annoying...just got this Macbook Air a couple months ago.

It let me do a software update...won't let me update something for Facebook, etc.

I don't think I need to reset my password...considering the password works online at apple.com and other places where it is needed.

I'm sorry to hear that your Apple ID seems to be disabled. You should go ahead and follow the steps on this page: If your Apple ID is locked - Apple Support

My Apple ID wasn't disabled due to security reasons. It didn't give an explanation to why it has been disabled and won't work for certain things. Don't want to change my password for my Apple ID if it will not fix the problem. Changing and remembering a new password is hard to do, when you have 18 different accounts with all different passwords. Thanks anyways!

If the alert you're receiving is one of the three mentioned, I'd give a password change a shot.
If it's not giving you those three alerts, you'd have to contact Apple directly like it mentions in that article.
