My battery percentage stuck on same value iPhone 5 iOS 9.3.4

hello sir I'm Dr Vijay i have problem with my iPhone 5 that battery percentage has stuck on same value. I have try many tricks shown on internet but problem remain same. so i can not judge when my iphone battery getting low plz fix my problem. iPhone 5 iOS 9.3.4

please, can you provide more details on what you tried but didn´t work? Thank you

But, I reccomend you to try hard reset (Hold Power Button and Home Button at same time untill grey Apple logo appears), if it won´t slove your problem try to restore your iPhone with iTunes.
