I looked at my mails last night, and I scrolled Down to old iCloud storage emails. I noticed that the storage e-mailS had long time between each other, and they were all different. Some had 2 days between each other, some had a week/weeks, and some had a month between them?
Why is that? is it because I goT my storage back and Then used it again? Or is There a mistake in the symstem so I dont get the messages on a "scedule"

Ideally if you didn't make changes to storage size and if your credit card/payment method never expired on those dates, you should only see one monthly charge, so if that is not the case, I would contact Apple and inquire. Might make sense to check if you have more then one account as well

I have 5 GB oN iCloud
Then you are not paying for additional iCloud Storage. Of the 5 GB of iCloud Storage, how full is the storage? Check Settings/iCloud. If the storage gets full, you can't get your e-mails because there is no place to store them.
Its not full anymore, but at the time I Got the e-mailS, I Think it was full
