I had problem when I was using keyboard in after effects cc 2015.
When I used keys to change tools in application, this window (at the dock) appeared.
I want to turn it off because that delayed my work.

First try an SMC reset (may take 2-3 attempts), if this fails try any wired USB keyboard. If that works then you know your original keyboard must be replaced.
Thanks for your help but I found the cause.
That's because I'm using Vietnamese Keyboard, just switch it to British or U.S. It's solved now. 🙂
