Q: forgot my security question

If you set a rescue email address, you can reset your security questions yourself. Follow the instructions here to check whether this option is available to you:

Otherwise, you will need to contact Apple Support.

You cannot use the US store unless you are physically in the US, being in a country is part of the store's terms (terms which you agreed to abide by ; Apple can, and do, permanently disable accounts for violating those terms) - when you are in the US you can contact US support to get the questions reset

You cannot use the US store when not in the US, so you currently have no need to reset the questions - you will either have to wait until you are in the US so that you can contact US Support, or wait until if/when Apple open an iTunes store in the maldives so that you can put your real address on your account
