Q: iTunes Genius no longer avaliable

I somehow can no longer create any Genius playlists with any songs on my laptop.

It just shows error messages whenever I try to do so, besides,

after updating my iPhone SE to iOS 10 Public Beta 3,

the option with which I can create Genius playlists also disappeared while long-pressing songs on my iPhone.

(I know the messages is in Chinese.It doesn't matter; just telling me there's no enough suggestions or information.)
