Q: Problems with Apple Music downloads on Android

Last week I signed up for a three month trial on Apple Music - the initial signs looked good, however I have since encountered two very annoying problems which will more than likely see me bin Apple Music unless I can resolve them.

 

1) I downloaded the new Blossoms album on my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) but it would only download 5 out of the twelve tracks on the album (the same five tracks each time). Numerous times, I removed the download, re-downloaded but still the whole album would not appear under Blossoms in My Music - only the same five tracks would appear, meaning there were seven tracks missing. I watched numerous times the whole album being downloaded and each track being ticked off so I can only assume this is a bug with Apple Music on Android.

 

2) Last week I downloaded the Viola Beach album (same phone as above), no problem. Then after a couple of days, it would not play the first song on the album under My Music - the "waiting circle" kept spinning around endlessly. Again, I removed the download and re-downloaded the album but the problem persists - it won't play the first track on the album despite the fact I can see it there downloaded.

 

Can Apple seriously expect me to sign up to their paid service with basis issues/ bugs like this ?
