Posting here because my problem has come to a drastic time. Im starting to have glitches appear in my clips and transitions. During a transition, instead of being nice and smooth from one clip to another, you will see randonly inserted single frames from a previous clip... out of nowhere! I try to re-render and this sometimes fixes the problem. But then when I export to H264 there will be new glitches that were not seen in my fully rendered timeline. I feel like something is glitchy in the rendering process, either in the timeline or upon exporting from ProRes out to H264. Here is an example of what im talking about:

Its your native FCP "Bloom" transition I believe. This is an issue causing me much extra work and lots of headaches. Any help would be appreciated!
Here is my setup:
2013 Macbook Pro Quad 2.3
OS 10.11.6
FCP 10.2.3
All clips were shot on Canon and Compressored into ProRes formats before import
Clips are not integrated into FCP, they are stored on external hard drive
Effects being used are Magic Bullet Looks and occasionally I use the transition packs from "MtransitionLight" which also cause glitching
** Note: raw footage in timeline without effects and without transitions will not glitch, its only when I start adding in the effects and transitions and rendering ***
